The hotel is in a prime location, just a stone's throw from the bus/taxi stand and adjacent to the market. The rooms are spacious and offer a fantastic view from the balcony, which is a significant plus point for guests seeking a glimpse after visiting the Holy Cave. I felt right at home in this hotel. The rooms were good, clean, and had a comfortable bed and AC, although some furniture looked old. The service from the staff was excellent; they arranged a car for us, and Mr Ashok, the driver, was very helpful. The location was superb, next to the market, with easy access to shops, eateries, and even Vaishno Devi. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the grilled dishes I had. Overall, a friendly place with lots of charm.
